Who's the baddest? Lil Kim just released a diss in response to an interview with Nicki Minaj and Angie Martinez. In the interview Nicki admitted to a diss track targeted at Lil Kim called "Roman's Revenge" on her new album Pink Friday. In my opinion Lil Kim has already laid the blueprint that Nicki is obviously trying to follow. I come from the era where Kim was one of the hypest female MC's in the game fathered by the late great Notorious B.I.G. Kim clearly still has it in my opinion in the response track "Black Friday". Listen to the track and you be the judge. The track is so serious it made CNN news online this morning.

Drake "Drizzy" was named GQ Magazine "Man of The Year" with the success of his debut album "Thank Me Later", musical features, and commercial ads. Drake will share "Man of The Year" with Stephen Colbert, James Franco and Jeff Bridges. I guess 2010 wasn't a bad year for Drake after all, we'll see what he has in store for the new year. Drake has also announced the title of his new album "Take Care".

So everybody has been speculating that the Carter family is expecting, but according to reporters at People Magazine, Jay Z announced that Beyonce is not pregnant. He went on further to say "I really sit back and wonder when people are going to stop," on the Howard Stern show this past Monday. See the full article here at People Magazine.

This morning I read a report where the L.A. District Attorney dropped the charges against Clifford Harris for violating his probation of having felony controlled substance (ecstasy) during a routine traffic stop. The rapper would have served yet another sentence of 11 months after just being released from prison almost 5 months ago on gun charges. It appears that the arresting officers statement allegedly said they smelled marijuana when they approached the car. The officers never booked any of the alleged marijuana and pulled T.I. out his $250,000 Maybach without asking for any registration or identification. There is still no word if his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle charges will be dropped. T.I. would be crazy to not take advantage of the grace to escape yet another trip to the big house. Hopefully this is "Motivation" for him to focus on his career and leave the drugs alone "ASAP".

Erykah Badu returns to complete the 2nd Volume to her New Amerykah Album Series. In her new video as you can see above her approach to this video shows Erykah parading down the street nude. The Imagery behind the video depicts Erykah walking the block of Elm Street in Dallas, Texas where John F. Kennedy was shot.Badu is completely nude as she approaches the spot on Elm where Kennedy was shot (which is marked with an "X" on the pavement). The sound of a gunshot can be heard and Badu collapses as if she has been shot. Streaks of blue "blood" then spill from her head as she lays in the street, spelling the word "groupthink." A Dallas city spokesman said that Badu did not have permission for the stunt, reports the Dallas Morning News.
