It seems like Nike and the Jordan Brand continues to bring more heat with a long line up of retro releases to start off the new year. The Jordan 3's is definitely one of my favorites in the Jordan collection. On December 11th, along with the Altitude 13"s, there will be a very limited release of the Air Jordan Doernbecher 3's. They will retail for about $160 at the online Nike Store and Niketown retailers. For those unfamiliar, the Doernbecher Project supports an eponymous hospital funded by Nike which puts out special projects every so often. All the proceeds from the sale of the Doernbecher Project sneakers support the hospital.
The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 is definitely a childhood memoir for the "old school" sneaker heads in my day. We have seen some new colorways that are "must haves" along with the original colorways, but it doesn't stop there. Take a look at the "Cincinnati Red's" inspired color way expected to hit stores in the Spring of 2011. This is definitely another "must have" for all sneaker heads. Sneaker Heads get ready for the release of the Jordan Cool Grey 11's dropping at the end of December. This shoe will definitely sell out in retail stores. This will be the first time this color way of the 11's has been released, so you may want to save up to cop 2 pairs. If you really want to guarantee your pair, ebay power-sellers are letting them go for around $250. I'm sure online sites like City Sole, Sneaker Head, and Pick Your Shoes will have them ready to ship 2 weeks before the release date. Get ready for the release of the Retro Jordan XIII French Blue expected to hit shoe retailers on November 26th. For all those sneaker-heads out there who don't want to stand in line you can cop them for a little more than retail for a pre order at City Sole for $180. These are definitely a classic show that I can remember having as kid.
